NEWSFLASH New National Minimum Wage Act

The National Minimum Wage Act was signed into law by the President at the end of last year and the minimum wage of R20,00 for each ordinary hour worked for employees in South Africa came into effect on 1 January 2019. There are however still some exceptions.
