NEWSFLASH Conveyancing & Lockdown Level 4

In terms of the Schedule of Services Framework for Sectors (which is subject to further revision) the Deeds Offices, SARS & legal services will be allowed to return to office from 1 May 2020 when the level of alert will be reduced by the command council from level 5 to level 4. However please remember that our ability to process conveyancing matters depends on the availability of the Municipality and various other role players. Unfortunately, it is unclear when those role players will be able to open their offices.

Even though that is the case, our Conveyancing Department will continue to work as far as we can to minimise any further delays which might occur due to other role players being unable to open their offices.

We will keep you regularly updated as matters progress.
